Back Office Hub is operated by SKR Nursing Professional Corporation, Ontario, Canada.

Service Description

Back Office Hub is a compliance document management platform for healthcare clinics. It tracks directives, policies, certifications, licences, training records, credentials, and agreements. It is not an electronic health record, not legal advice, and not a substitute for professional compliance counsel.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to store patient health information (PHI), clinical records, or diagnostic data in Back Office Hub. The system is designed for operational compliance documents only.

Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
