Back Office Hub was built by a Canadian Nurse Practitioner and clinic operator who lived the compliance problem firsthand.
The Problem

About the Founder
Shannon Kenrick-Rochon is a Canadian Nurse Practitioner, clinic operator, and academic leader based in Ontario. She built Back Office Hub from real clinical operations experience after years of managing compliance across multiple practice settings.
Shannon leads clinical operations in sports and exercise medicine, women's health, and primary care. She also serves as Assistant Professor at NOSM University, where she leads curriculum renewal focused on program evaluation and quality improvement.
Her mission: build authentic, scalable healthcare systems that improve access, empower clinicians, and strengthen care for Canadian communities.
